Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
We strive to provide high-quality repair parts for your video game controllers. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Arrangements for a return must be made within the 30 days of the date the order being received. To do so, please send us an email at [email protected] to receive an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We ask that you send it back within 7 days. All packages received without an RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee ($5 minimum).
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment usually within 3-5 business days.
If disapproved, the item can be sent back out to you at your expense.
3. Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges. Instead, if you mistakenly ordered the wrong part you may place a new order for the correct part whenever you like and request to return the incorrect part back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
5. Shipping
To return your product, you will need to mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
