How does it work?

This is a Mail-In Service. Meaning you will ship the controller(s) to us. Shipping instructions will be sent after payment is received.

Once shipped, you will reply to the e-mail with the name of the shipping company and the tracking number.

Once the controller is received, repairs will be made within 24 hours and sent out the next business day! (Paid by us).

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide and pay for shipping to us.

30 Day Warranty

All repairs come with a 30 day warranty! If what is repaired becomes faulty for whatever reason within 30 days, you can ship it back and we will fix it again and ship it back at no charge (You will still need to pay for shipping to us).
